1. 250 grams cookies. (You can use any type of cookies for this recipe).
2. 1 + 1/2 cup milk
3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
4. 2 tablespoon sugar
Step1: Blend your cookies making a fine powder.
Step2: Add the milk to the crushed cookies and mix well until a batter is formed.
Step3: Add the sugar and the baking powder. Mix well.
Step4: Take any microwave safe dish and grease it with some oil or melted butter.
Step5: Pour the batter in the greased container. Cook the batter in your microwave for 5 - 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step6: Let the cake cool a little the remove it from the container and serve.
