Banana Bread


Preparation time: 10 minutes                    

Cooking time: 50 minutes

Total time: 60 minutes                            

​Ingredients:
1. 2 cups flour 
2. 1 cup powdered sugar 
3. 1/2 tbsp baking powder 
4. 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder 
5. 1/2 tsp salt 
6. 2 large bananas 
7. 1/4 cup melted butter or oil 
8. 1/2 cup curd 
9. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
10. (Optional) 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts) 

Step 1: In a bowl sieve all your dry ingredients and give them a good mix.
Step 2: In a separate bowl mash your bananas.
Step 3: Add the oil, curd and vanilla to the bananas and mix well.
Step 4: Combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Do not over mix the batter. 
Step 5: Fold in the chocolate chips. 
Step 6: Pour the batter into a square or rectangle container lined with parchment paper. 
Step 7: Bake this at 180 degree Celsius for 48-50 minutes.
