Small Batch Chocolate Muffins




Ingredients 

 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

1/4 cup flavourless oil

1/4 cup+1 tsp granulated sugar


1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 egg white 


1/4 cup + 2 tbsp plain flour


1/2 tsp baking powder


2 tablespoons greek yogurt or buttermilk


Method...

1) Combine your wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

2) Combine your dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

3) Pour your wet ingredients in your dry ingredients and fold gently using a spatula until no streaks of flour or cocoa remain.

4) Taste the batter if you wish! And pour the batter into muffin tins or moulds.

5) Bake at 180 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes 

6) Frost the muffins if you wish!
