Servings: 8 - 10 pcs.Ingredients:
10 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp flavourless oil
2/3 cup powdered sieved sugar
100 grams melted milk chocolate
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sieved plain flour
4 tbsp sieved unsweetened coca powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Step 1: In a large bowl combine the butter and oil using a whisk. Add the sugar to the butter and oil mixture and mix again until fully combined.
Step 2: Add the eggs along with the vanilla to the butter- sugar mix and beat for 10 minutes until light and pale.
Step 3: Add the melted chocolate in the butter-sugar mix and beat again for 5 minutes.
Step 4: In a separate bowl combine flour, coca powder and salt. Mix well.
Step 5: combine the wet and dry ingredients in two parts. Do not over mix.
Step 6: line a 7 inch square baking pan with butter and parchment paper. Pour the batter.
Step 7: Bake your brownie on the top rack at 180 degree Celsius for 23-25 minutes.
Step 8: Let your brownies cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
